Tchoupitoulas location. 10/10 From the moment I walked in to leaving; top tier service provided. I watched the young woman at the register continuously work. Take orders, clean tables, sweep floors, she kept herself busy- and I admired that. The food was hands down one of the best Philly’s I’ve had in quite some time. Hat off to the cook. Would highly recommend this place. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
It was about 6:50, the restaurant closes at 7:30 but the closing lady was technically kicking people out, then she had a bad attitude and started throwing things and then cursed the chefs out
If You Ever A Problem With Your Food They Refuse To Remake It Correctly Or Give You Your Money Back Thats Poor Customer Service They Just Lost Me As A Customer The Food Is Also Highly Priced For The Amount Of Food You Get And If You Dine In They Also Make You Pay For Refills On Drinks
I purchased a #1 combo meal. I decided to get the strawberry lemonade as my drink. I sat down to wait for my order and realized i needed a cup of water to take my fiber before my meal. When I ask the cashier for water she told me that I would have to pay for the cup, $1.10 for tap water even though I made a purchase.
