Just stopped by Philly Pizza in Berwyn for the first time, and it was a great experience.The staff were very welcoming, and the food was excellent. I tried their Brooklyn Pizza, and it was cooked perfectly with a crisp crust. I also had a steak sandwich, which was outstanding. The steak was tender and full of flavor, and I appreciated the choice of a seeded roll – definitely the way to go! While the food was great and worthy of a five star review on its own, the guys working behind the counter were awesome. Went with the family and ate in the restaurant. The guys checked in multiple times and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. The food was great. Had a cheese steak and the bread/meat quality was fantastic. Before we were out of the door, my kids were already asking when we could come back.
The best cheesesteaks, customer service and environment ever. The quality of their ingredients do not compare to any other steak shop. Highly recommend!
My daughter took me here because she figured I'd flip over their food. She was right! Best pizza I've had in YEARS. Also took a cheesesteak home to enjoy later. Got a kick out of the Philly sports atmosphere and appreciated that the owner came out to say hi and make sure we were enjoying the food. Definitely my new go to pizza shop.
Tried to take a photo of our food today but the family devoured it immediately. The steak sandwiches were amazing. Great meat and roll. The cooper sharp makes them even better. The cheese fries were still crisp when we got home. The manager was super friendly and the service was quick, even though it was busy. What a fantastic experience. Cannot wait to go back and try the spinach calzone.
