Dr. Boyd is very special. Finding a good physician is not as easy as scrolling through a list of 100 names and choosing one with the shortest wait time. I have been a patient of hers on and off for many years. At one point I had to find a new primary care doctor due to insurance issues and I am very happy to be back with Dr. Boyd. Russ and Shelley P My wife and I have been with Dr. Boyd for 20 + years and yes the wait is long, however she spends more time with you than any other Dr I have ever been to, not to mention the fact that she cares, likes to get to know you and your family and LISTENS to your ailments which sometimes I believe helps with the results. She is everything a Dr should be and more. Most don't take the time to be like her. As stated by the other reviewer. The wait time is horrendous and the receptionist's are the rudest in Town. Not to mention continuously making billing error's. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a professional Doctor's office, Dr. Boyd does not seem to care how many patients her staff run off, I guess when you make that kind of money, you don't have to care. Don't go!! – I just waited an hour for an appointment that I booked over a month ago. She is booked way out because she has limited hours and long wait times. I didn't even get in to see the doctor. They didn't apologize for the wait. They didn't even explain or acknowledge the wait. The snotty receptionist told me I could reschedule for, AGAIN a month out. No way!! I booked with my husbands doctor who never makes a patient wait and I can get in within a few days. Never go to a doctor that makes you wait for your appointment... read more
