A hidden gem! I found this unassuming shop by literally stopping a stranger and asking who did her hair. She beamed and gave me the name of Phillipy's. I am so glad I visited, and my new look is amazing. JP, you have a devoted client for life! I have never given a review where 5 stars is more heartily deserved.
