This review is incredibly overdue. I have yet to have anything but an excellent experience at Phillipsburg-Easton Honda. Currently having three vehicles serviced here, I do specifically request JACKIE BURHAM, but would like to acknowledge the other Service members as well who have always done right by us over the years with overall assistance. We have to give etiquette and protocol training to know how to deal with customers because every business depends on the customer, so let's treat our customers better. I didn't like how they treated me today. They promised to give me a charger for the Honda Prologue the next day and it's been 4 days and nothing.
