I had the bad luck of having my transmission fail on my 2019 Cadillac SUV. I was in a hurry to get it repaired and head back to Canada. Unfortunately Cadillac was not willing to help out, even though my vehicle was still under their powertrain warranty. Lorenzo and his team stepped up big time and fixed my vehicle quickly.
