I had the bad luck of having my transmission fail on my 2019 Cadillac SUV. I was in a hurry to get it repaired and head back to Canada. Unfortunately Cadillac was not willing to help out, even though my vehicle was still under their powertrain warranty. Lorenzo and his team stepped up big time and fixed my vehicle quickly. I recommend this shop to everyone that has a transmission problem. They are super honest. They do great work and will back up what they do.
I seldom do reviews, but in this case I felt I needed to point out Phillips Transmissions' great service. We were recommended to Phillips by a family owned garage that we've trusted with our cars for 20+ years for their honest and reliable service. They don't do transmissions but they highly recommended Phillips. We had already been to two other shops, one a Lexus Dealership and the other was a transmission specialist.
