If I could give her zero stars I would wife went to see her due to some mental issues thinking she had possibly had a stroke. And was told your to young to have had a stroke and was brushed off a few days later was seen in Conway regional and was immediately transferred to uams for having had multiple strokes. Terrible bedside manner. Just a disgrace why be a dr. If you won't even run the basic test to check for a stroke especially when patient is complaining of stroke like symptoms. I am posting publicly because I am absolutely disgusted by the way Dr. Phillips’ office staff dealt with my Mother who has recently suffered a stroke and really needs a second opinion from a neurologist. When my Mother was talking to the office, she explained what had happened and whom she had seen. Once the office staff heard that, they immediately cancelled her appointment with Dr. Phillips for absolutely no reason they were willing to share with her.
