Mr. Phillips is as honest and hard-working as they come. He's had our family's business for many years now and is why we come back to Salyersville from Morehead to get tires. Just got my mom's RAV4 4 new tires today and am glad he's still going after the most recent Mtn Parkway expansion took his old location. Less than a mile off 114 now and easy to find!
