Dr. Phillips is definitely the best and most compassionate doctor I have ever met. I met him when I was very sick from Lyme disease and Bartonella. It took time but he completely helped me turn my health around. I will be forever grateful to him. Thank you so much.
I tried being scheduled for a consultation repeatedly. I never received a call back after several emails that stated they would be calling. The lack of follow through was enough that I stopped trying.
Today I had an initial meeting with Erica and she was both knowledgable and professional. She brings 17+ years of experience seeing "Lyme" patients to the conversation and a conventional medical background, which is unusual and a plus. Her proposed ideas were based on years in the field and seemed reasonable and well thought out. It's a challenging world out there to find a Lyme literate and experienced person, she appears to be both.
Started seeing Kelly Malchionno after my doctor stopped seeing patients and her initial treatment was great until just recently. Because she has overbooked it makes it very difficult to schedule appointments with her. Because of this i have not been able to see her for some time, around 3 months. Therefore, not only have I not been able to receive proficient treatment, but she has stopped prescribing me my antibiotics which are vital to my health. I first saw Doctor Phillips in 1999 after struggling with symptoms of Lyme disease and two years of seeing other doctors. By the grace of God and the Greenwich support groups referral I found that he was treating cases of chronic Lyme. It took a year to find the right treatment for me.
