Brian came out the same day and recommended hydro fracking. I was only getting 0.25 gallons per minute "Low Yield", and now I’m getting 10+ gallons per minute. He had great communication and I highly recommend him. A lot of other companies came out and just wasted my time and money.
This company has absolutely amazing customer service. From the very first contact, the experience was excellent. The answering service was prompt, and I received a return call within 10 minutes. Our well is in good working condition; however, Washington County is now enforcing well recertification since we are building a new home on the property. We had a 200 ft deep well, very low yield. I talked with 8 different well companies and told everything. Most wanted to drill a new well. Brian at Phillips suggested fracking the well. I was told by other well companies you never frack unless it's 500 ft deep or more. I was going to go the route of having the well deepened but none of the other companies would call me back. not a customer but they drilled a well next to my home on the complete wrong side of property (close to my septic). this was after i told them and they insisted i was wrong. not to to mention running a generator at 1am. a year later they had to come and fix their mistake. then slung mud onto my yard and side of house since they were drilling literally yards away. after calling a few times and finally getting in touch with the driller, they still didn't apologize and clean it up. i get it, drilling is messy, but you should at... read more
