Very friendly staff wonderful Dr have took several cats there. I drive almost an hour to get there they are that good
It's been over 2 years since I brought my cat to Phillips. I still have guilt for bringing him here. I brought him in to have him shaved. He was a American Bob Tail and he was a big boy. He would bite anyone but me. So all the pet stores that bath and groom said that he would probably need to be put to sleep because of him biting. So I took him to Phillips. The front desk was rude and acted like they didn't want to even talk to me. They told me I would have to wait in the car. They are still in the COVID mode. So stupid!!!! ... read more
They took good care of my Dog getting her shots and nails trimmed quickly. I would definitely give 5 stars if I got to go back with my dog; she gets very upset when separated from me. I am sure it is to speed things up, but I would prefer to be with her. Love Dr. Holder and the staff was helpful and kind.
