I've been a patient of Dr Phillips Rogsbert F MD since 2007. I did a lot of research before picking her. I was impressed. I picked her. I will say she knows her stuff.Over the years choose to ignore some red flags me to run but I feltshe knew her stuff. I've dealt with the 6 hour appt. Her rude family members (Her staff which she will never see they wrong doing) I was diagnosed in 2007 with triple negative breast. (She did great with my surgery)A few years later I keep having pain.
