Easy to work with, great communication, seemless process for renting a house on BI!
We've worked with Phillips to rent over the past two years. Communication has been good but it is a bit frustrating that BI owners do not have a tool to review their homes (as do those renting via Airbnb and VRBO). We'd like to know more about the condition of the rentals and have had cleanliness issues upon arrival. Also at issue on BI is the "self-service" required - linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. Our Airbnb and VRBO owners have furnished all of the above (and even left bikes for us to ride and bottles of wine, plenty ... read more
