We have rented through Phillips Real Estate for several years now and the service provided year-over-year has been exceptional. The PRE team is always courteous and always provides prompt communication. We had an issue with the door key upon arrival and Jennifer brought us keys that worked better. And few weeks after our departure, we received a very complimentary email regarding the exceptional condition in which we left the rental.
We enjoyed our two weeks at the Schlesinger house in July. The house is immaculate and surrounded by beautiful gardens with flowers on the back deck overlooking the pond. We were lucky enough to see a turtle lay her eggs in the yard and had a parade of ducks walking around the property every morning.. The house nicely updated bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and is tastefully furnished. The location is wonderful with just a short walk down the road to the beach. Highly recommended!
