We have worked with Phillips Real Estate for two years in a row and are extremely pleased with the service they provide. They have answered all of my questions honestly and thoughtfully, both by email and phone, as we tried to figure out the right property for my family to rent. The properties have been very well cared for and have exactly matched both the pluses and minuses that the realtors described to me ahead of time. Another WONDERFUL year renting our house on Block Island through Phillips! We have used Phillips RE for over 30 years to rent a home for our ever-expanding family on Block Island!! Jennifer and her team are absolutely wonderful! No matter what issue you MIGHT have with your home rental, they are right there to fix it! In the past, due to changes in our timeframe etc. , I have had to use a couple other BI RE companies and it's just NOT the same as renting through Phillips!
