Scott has now done my home inspection twice, a year apart and both times he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Scott is patient and knowledgeable. He’s willing to answer as many questions as necessary. Being a first time homeowner can be scary and having gone through the process, you meet people who are normally standoffish and impatient so it’s been truly so great to connect with somebody who is the total opposite.
Overall great experience, our inspector was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. Scott explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us confidence moving forward with the home. We learned a lot and really appreciated the detailed report. Highly recommend!
