I called because I had a broken pipe fixture between my wall and my washing machine, and the adapter I was trying to use wouldn't fit the pipe end. I thought I'd need someone to come out and replace the end, but Dustin at Phillips Plumbing asked me for some photos before setting the appointment. He was able to diagnose the problem with and suggest a solution for me to try, without even needing him to come out. His suggestion worked, and I was able to complete the repair myself!
