Bitter, Bitter, Bitter. Needed two ID photo sittings one now and one later. The person who takes passport photos does not listen and was bitter about all questions asked, not criticism, just questions. Will go elsewhere for next set. I've family experience with Studios who do this work, even in hard times the ones who survive do because of their enjoyment of photography and ability to work with all people, which is what brings in more business.
