My son was on vacation in Wilmington, North Carolina when he ran out of his orthodontic elastics. I reached out to Dr. Phillips’ office since it was the closest orthodontist in the area, hoping they might be able to help. Not only did they say yes—they didn’t charge us a thing—but they went above and beyond by calling my son’s home orthodontist to confirm the correct size and even placed the elastics in their outside mailbox so he could pick them up after hours.
