Car went in for a airbag recall today! On arrival was welcomed by a lovely receptionist Ruth! Who was very bubbly and happy to help. Left my car there expecting it to be there all day. To have a phone call a few hours later. Very happy with how quick they were! On collecting my car, I noticed straight away she had been washed aswell!!! The service from all was fantastic! Highly recommend for A* service! From start to finish! Diolch
Very good service, customer service- A* (other places could benefit from learning this) staff always helps and felixable, always on hand to help with enquiries and if there is any delays on car always kept updated
Considerate people who look after their customers.
Wouldn't trust them with a toy car, no communication received, needed to go back for missing parts and underseal where repairs are left to the elements, shocking for such a reputable company, will never use again for sure

Last week, my wife's car refused to start and Green Flag transported it there on their flatbed. I'd already spoken with Ruth and John at the Service Department, who'd mentioned they were really busy and would try and oversee the repair ASAP.
