About 3 years ago, I suffered a serious injury to my knee after falling on a city sidewalk. It was determined that a preventable tripping hazard existed and I filed suit. When I was in an accident he was a wealth of knowledge for me as I sat with a mountain of insurance papers in front of me in tears and still traumatized from the accident.
