We have had trouble with the patio. Stones are falling off the patio and rolling under the deck. It’s become unsafe. The life time guarantee isnt helping as calls and emails are not returned. If not for the amazing design, I would be livid watching the patio stones rolling away. I just hope someone responds to the email I am sending today...Hubby called and sent pictures last year...crickets. I even recommended them to a neighbor based a the superior work done and the guarantee. #nothappy. Original post in 2018 again in 2019... read more
Pool/spa project started in March 2022. To this date, almost 3 years later, the project has yet to be completed: both the pool and spa are leaking, at the astounding rate of over 1,000 gallons a week. This has been an ongoing problem since September 2022, yet not only hasn't it been fixed, but Mr. Phillips stopped returning calls for many months. Stay away!

Does great landscaping and awesome pools.
Tom had a guy come and do a beautiful, curvy retaining wall in front of my fence in my backyard. He filled it with mulch and planted beautiful perennials that come back each year. We haven't had to do any maintenance to the pavers other than clean them with a pressure washer. It's been a few years since they did the wall and plants, but still looks beautiful when I look out the window in the spring, fall, & summer months.
