I am so glad I called Austin before I made an appliance purchase. I was looking to avoid having the big box stores hire a third party installer that could potentially be unreliable for my gas range. Not only did talking to him help me ultimately decide to shop local (so I got a better price and better service) but Austin and his assistant Damien were professional, friendly, prompt, and obviously knew what they were doing.
