The absolute most professional and knowledgeable company I've worked with. You will not get this type of service with Gault, or Ainsley. The fact that Phillips wanted to fit me in the best solution rather than up sell me to the most expensive solution. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!
Had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Phillips. Had a defective coil from factory. Owner came out with new coil and stayed with Nick the installer until they got it up and running. Great installers. Would highly recommend this company. Friendly,knowledgeable, and concerned about their customers.
Highly recommend!!! Let me tell you that I called several places, probably 10, when our air went out and none of them would come that day, except Carmen! He came when it was 90+ degrees and made us comfortable until a new furnace/air conditioning unit was installed. Great service and definitely would recommend. After everything was installed, he came to make sure everything was running properly. He was wonderful to work with!
