About a week ago we had Phillips come out to fix our sons 2019 ac unit. A younger tech arrived and was there for less than 10 minutes and told us we needed a new ac and furnace. He did not test the ac in any way and try to fix the problem. In fact they never removed any of the panels but claimed there was oil on the A coil and condenser. Since then we had another certified HVAC tech come out and after 2 hours added freon and now the ac works. Shocking, there was no oil on either the condenser or A coil. In a time of need with low temps, our furnace went out. Kids and pets in the home were very cold. When I called I was given a window between 915-1215. At 1200 they called to say they were on their way. We had another company come out sooner so we advised the visit wasnt needed any longer. Carmen was extremely rude and stated someone drove 30 minutes to get to our call and asked why I even called Phillips if I had someone else come out.
