Originally installed my AC system and have maintained it and addressed any concerns. I've had good Christian people that are helpful with both questions and prompt service. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of either a new system or repair or maintenance.
Very disappointed. Had a service call one day due to no air. Guy came and repaired something. Next day still not worked. Paid them 580 dollars. Was supposed to come back. Never did. Had to call another company. Very disappointed.
Had a different company come out to my house and tell me that my reverse valve had failed and that the coolant my unit used couldn't be gotten anymore. Their solution was to replace the entire unit. I called Phillips for a second opinion because things didn't seem quite right and he had a technician at my house within an hour. The verdict, nothing at all was wrong with the unit. It had just been extremely cold and the unit was working how it was supposed to. Didn't even charge me a diagnosis fee for coming out. Saved me thou... read more
