Phillips have provided regular daily care for my 92 year-old mother since late 2022. Mark Phillips the business owner is responsive and easy to deal with. The carers who work with my mother are outstanding and sensitive professionals who have created a warm working relationship with her. As a family we are ever so grateful for a critical support service that is helping Mum stay in her own home. Terry Bates

The Phillips Healthcare team are great, but Mark Phillips in particular is fantastic. We brought our 95 yr old, bed ridden, mother in law home from a local care home because the care wasn't good. We had concerns about a man looking after the personal needs of an elderly woman, but we cannot praise Mark enough and the mother in law adores him. He is caring, compassionate and above all completely professional. We cannot rate him highly enough and could not do without him. Ian & Sally.

I first met Mark Phillips in 2017 when my mother was in a care home in Paihia. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Mark gave her special and professional care, it's something our family will never forget. We highly recommend Mark at Phillips Healthcare.

I found the service of the carers for my elderly mum at her home recently before entering a resthome was no less than fantastic and reassuring that I didnt have to worry about her in their care. Also a shout out to Mark Phillips the owner of Phillips healthcare who was always very accommodating with our needs. Thank you all so much
