Went to Phillips Hardware in Delmar to get some LP tanks filled and the young gentleman at the counter was very rude. I was trying to support a local small business but I'm not supporting this one.

I want to thank your staff who not only searched high and low in the store for the right screws needed to secure the license plate on to my 85 yr old mother's car but then they went out into the parking lot to put the license plate on for her. Then they refused when she tried to give them a $10 tip.
Well, went through some crazy times with the snow...first Phillips Hardware repaired my 20 year old Toro, ran great, but after last storm a piece rusted off(it was 20+ years old!). So, after explaining to Phillips Hardware, they hooked me up with a new blower, Troy-Bilt- and I LOVE it! Did the driveway in no time, THANKS SOO MUCH PHILLIPS HARDWARE!! And Jon, you are the best(he even delivered it to my house!). A+++ business!!
