필립이라는 사장에게 머리를 잘랐습니다. 결과는 최악이었습니다. 예약 시간도 지켜지지 않았고, 원하는 스타일을 동영상으로 보여주며 뒷머리는 짧게 자르지 말라고 분명히 말했지만 완전히 무시됐습니다. 커트가 진행될수록 머리는 점점 이상해졌고 결국 옆머리·뒷머리 밸런스가 완전히 무너진 상태가 됐습니다. 스트레스가 너무 커서 잠도 제대로 못 잘 정도였습니다. 다음 날 찾아가 항의하자 본인도 “너무 짧게 잘랐고 이상하다”고 인정하며 환불은 해줬지만, “머리는 길면 괜찮아진다”, “성형수술도 처음엔 이상하다”는 식의 말로 손님의 피해를 가볍게 넘기는 태도에 실망했습니다. 머리는 시간이 지나면 해결되는 문제가 아닙니다. 손님의 요구를 듣지 않고 자른 커트는 명백한 실력 문제입니다. 방문 예정이신 분들은 신중히 결정하시길 바랍니다.

I strongly recommend this Salon ! Philip is an amazing hair stylist ! very knowledgeable in regards to hair health ! very easy to talk to ang highly professional! I am very much Satisfied and my hair always looks amazing after i visit his salon ! everyone else at the salon seems very friendly as well!

I have been going to Phillip Hair salon for couple years now from recommendation of my great friend. Since then , i never change a hair cutter. Phillip is really great and his team, the quality of hair cut and color is on the Top, the costumer service is great and friendly, the salon is always clean and smells good everytime i visit. I definitely recommend this place

Had a great scalp treatment here! Jane was amazing—she carefully analyzed my scalp, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She was super attentive and detailed, and my scalp feels so much cleaner and healthier. Highly recommend!
