Bought 160 yds of carpet from Phillips last year and asked that they seam the new bedroom carpet to the old carpet in the hallway temporarily knowing that the old carpet would be replaced this year with hardwood (budget didn’t allow for both). After the hardwood was recently installed, I called them back to terminate the bedroom carpet edge against the hardwood and I was charged an extra $150 even after I clearly discussed my plans with them last year and they said it would be covered. Shane (the owner) is a man of character. We had an issue with our floor but Shane said he would fix it and he did. Our floors look amazing. Zero complaints.
Customer service is excellent! Installers were polite and professional! The new flooring is perfect! Very appreciative of a local company that provides personal and professional service!
