We were supposed to have an estimate done today from 10-11. Well at 11:15 they still weren’t there. So we called, she stated that he should be there any minute. Well at 12:40 we are still waiting! My husband took off work just to be there. He called back to speak to the owner, he was not in and she would not give us a way to reach him. Terrible customer service!
They should return phone calls! I left multiple messages and had no response!
