Similar experience to other people. The food is solid but the service is ultra-slow (in an airport?) and pretty much nonexistent. It took us 35 minutes and four separate requests to get our crab cake, and the bartender/server had to ask three times 'which sides did you want?' We almost had to walk out without eating. There were two servers there and neither of them knew what they were doing, and one of them rolled silverware the entire time we were waiting, and three other guests were waiting for their checks or food, too. We had 5 people. Waitress took a long time to come to our table. 4 of the drinks, ice tea and sprite were not good and when we asked for different drinks They never came. No napkins or utensils were provided even after requested. Seafood was iffy too.

I couldn't tell you how the food was. We asked the waitress after the drink order to come back in a moment while we decided. She never came back. Three people ordered and got there food and she still never came back. We left and ate at dewars and we're glad with our choice over Phillips. Also there bloody Mary's nothing to write home about. Go somewhere else place sucks

If the staff would've been half as interested in the needs of their customers as they were in their phones, orders would've been taken quickly, food would've been delivered quickly, etc.

This was the lone choice at Savannah airport. Crab cake and fried shrimp were delicious but we had to wait 20 minutes and it arrived lukewarm. That detracted from the experience!
