I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences at your clinic. This marks my third appointment, and unfortunately, I have encountered significant issues each time. My fault, this was suppose to be for a different place.
Well qualified doctor but I’ve had it with overbooking. On more than one occasion I’ve waited 60-90 min before I even was brought into the exam room. No update from staff or apology for my waste of time, they just ignore you while you wait. They have very strict no show policy but it looks like the office doesn’t respect their patients enough to hold themselves to the same standard. It’s happened enough to be the rule, not the exception.
