I had an appointment to see Dr. B. Phillips last Tuesday at 4 pm in his Bolingbrook Eye Center. I arrived at this Center 15 minutes earlier and sat in a waiting room area for an another 45 minutes to see the Doctor; there was no update from the staff for this delay, when I asked at 4:30pm., I was told I was next. I found the staff was rude and unfriendly. I sat in Doctor's office for an another 30 minutes and no information for the delay; the total time I waited was approximately One hour and 20 minutes. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences at your clinic. This marks my third appointment, and unfortunately, I have encountered significant issues each time. During my first visit, I waited for over an hour in a room only to find out that the doctor had already left for the day.
