2/23/26 I’ve had excellent care from Dr. Dawn Phillips for several years. Not only am I very pleased with her caring expertise, but I am deeply grateful to her kindhearted, outstanding staff, especially Cheyanne, Kelly, Melissa, and Yasmin. They set the bar very high for great customer service!
01/16/2026 Yasmine at the front desk was exceptionally talented, she could give a masters class on congenial customer service and she was adeptly assisted by Cheyenne and Melissa. This office endeavours to work together as a team providing excellent service. Only escorted Wife and made appointment today did not see Dr Phillips in clinic only briefly greeted him as he saw patients. However I do know Dr Phillips to be very professional and always exhibits superb "bedside manner"
I had an appointment to see Dr. B. Phillips last Tuesday at 4 pm in his Bolingbrook Eye Center. I arrived at this Center 15 minutes earlier and sat in a waiting room area for an another 45 minutes to see the Doctor; there was no update from the staff for this delay, when I asked at 4:30pm., I was told I was next. I found the staff was rude and unfriendly. I sat in Doctor's office for an another 30 minutes and no information for the delay; the total time I waited was approximately One hour and 20 minutes.
