I cannot say enough about Dr. Dawn Phillips. My teenage son was hit in the eye with a bobber while at a school fishing class. He was extremely nervous and scared. Dr. Phillips eased his fears and throughly examined him spending so much time with us. He will need to return in 6 months for another check, due to the force of the injury. I am so glad I brought him to Dr. Phillips. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I need to share my experience as well as opinions on this doctors office. Dr. Brian that my family sees is a very kind, and thoughtful man. My family and I trust him in his practice and know that he has the patients best interests in mind. The problem is not with the performance of the doctors but with the office itself. 1. I would not visit this doctor if you have a serious concern with your eyes. I saw Dr. Dawn Phillips for two years due to scarring in my right eye. The root cause of the scarring was never investigated, even though the condition causing it is not obscure and I had every symptom. A separate eye specialist quickly identified the root cause within 10 minutes of my initial consultation and placed me on a treatment plan that has drastically improved my quality of life.
2/23/26 I’ve had excellent care from Dr. Dawn Phillips for several years. Not only am I very pleased with her caring expertise, but I am deeply grateful to her kindhearted, outstanding staff, especially Cheyanne, Kelly, Melissa, and Yasmin. They set the bar very high for great customer service!
01/16/2026 Yasmine at the front desk was exceptionally talented, she could give a masters class on congenial customer service and she was adeptly assisted by Cheyenne and Melissa. This office endeavours to work together as a team providing excellent service. Only escorted Wife and made appointment today did not see Dr Phillips in clinic only briefly greeted him as he saw patients. However I do know Dr Phillips to be very professional and always exhibits superb "bedside manner"
