Philips is the absolute best at what they do. Hunter explained in detail about the problem I was having, fixed it and charged a very reasonable rate. This is one of the best companies of any type I’ve ever dealt with . Thank you.
How dare you people leave a home of 5 in this winter mess! You got the job to come pump the tank and you also got the job to put on a new lid for easy access for cleanout! But you left without making sure there was no blockage in the drain to the tank. Y'all have really pissed me off about this. They are good people to do business with as they will make good on anything that is not done right, or something that doesn't work the way it is supposed to.
Showed up when they said they would, took care of our problem and did a great job. Recommended a few things that would help us out next time.
