Previously worked with them to repair an appliance for a local non-profit so when I needed a new washer and dryer, I visited them along with Lowe's. Hands down, best buying experience and price was at Phillips! They installed the Whirlpool W/D the next day, had to make some modifications for my 200 year old house, left the place neat, gave me some basic instructions and advice on using them as electronics change all the time.
