Physicians staff is horrendous & office looks dated & worn. My mother was a patient who scored off the charts on depression screening and when i accompanied her to appointments made sure the staff knew & paperwork filled out that she could not function in her home any longer, did very well when this Dr. Would prescribe supportive home health help but it was never for long enough & they also shouldve reported house was way beyond hoarded & actually unsafe. I recently moved here from orlando. thank God I'm out of there. I had my dr there for 33 years the oly thing i miss. But i found dr Philips and am so happy eith him His office staff are great. I'm trying to get my daughter to change insurance so she can go to him. I would give more stars if available.
I have been going to Dr Phillips since 2002. He and his staff are caring and thorough.
Dr Phillips goes the extra mile to provide thorough care. He and his staff are very friendly and they are good about getting back to you with setting up any required tests.
The wait time is long
He's not your typical doctor, he's there to use his knowledge of medicine of the human body and direct you to another doctor or whom he thinks can handle the issue. He has a great sense of humor, has a love for Hardly Davidson, loves his wife and children and family and friends. Devoted to his family practice and he loves life in general!!!! Have been a patient since August of 1997 and if had to move, would still has him as my physician!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been seeing Dr Phillips for more than 10 years and love his office and staff. The Dr always takes the time to listen to you and what you need, the office ladies are great and a lot of fun.
i love Dr. Phillips. However, his front office staff should not be interacting with patients. An older woman in particular is very cranky and demeaning. She has been heard commenting about my husbands tatoos negatively and always gives us a hard time. If Dr. is planning on retiring soon, she will help him get rid of patients.
