Dr. Phillips was always very thorough in his examination and in preparing for my visit. He is a compassionate doctor and I am so sorry he has retired. I cannot seem to find a cardiologist that I have as much confidence in for my heart health care. Dr. Phillips was the best!
I was his patient for 18 years. It started with him saving my life. A great doctor, ... a great person ! Had a great staff ! He deserves the absolute best that retirement has to offer him.
