Customer service with the receptionist is very poorly. I understand everyone gets comfortable with there job and sometimes when you hit a certain age you become bitter and grumpy but the receptionist need to learn how to talk customers with respect and don't tell them they are wasting their time or the estimator. I had my reasoning of coming there.
Absolutely horrible experience over the phone, the lady at the front desk today, 12/4 around 11:50am kept misgendering me and continued to say “he” even as my friend kept correcting her. I’m very much a female. Please teach and correct your staff about proper respect.
