Had my wife’s car fixed here. They glued parts back together when they said they had replaced the parts ripped some of the interior of her car as well. These people are very shady from the receptionist to the body men. Wouldn’t let them work on my bicycle! Had to take her car to another collision center to fix what I had already paid them to do! Take your business else where unless you want to be taken advantage of or lied too.
Extremely please. I priced three nearby body shops for an out-of-pocket estimate (no insurance claim), and Philips Collision Centers' pricing outperformed everyone else's (by far). The general quality of customer connection was higher than in the other establishments. Pillips Collision Center treated me like a valued customer in comparison to the other facilities. Customer service with the receptionist is very poorly. I understand everyone gets comfortable with there job and sometimes when you hit a certain age you become bitter and grumpy but the receptionist need to learn how to talk customers with respect and don't tell them they are wasting their time or the estimator. I had my reasoning of coming there.
