Poor service and awful experience. 2025 Tahoe that I bought new 3 months prior was in with electrical issues that they couldnt figure out. Between part delays, 3 weeks sometimes, and the lack of communication it was truly and awful experience. Vehicle was returned to me once with screws missing and the bumper cover loose with parts left in the trunk. Things only began to get addressed after leaving a message with the owners assistant. Would leave zero stars if I could. Place is a scam. Don't waste your time or energy going here. First walked in 2 employees were arguing then 1 employee was staring me down like he was gunna jump on me all because I was watching the 2 employees argue on the show room floor. Place is unprofessional and a joke. Wouldn't spend my hard earned money in this economy on phillips chevy that's for sure... Don't bring used cars here either through Kelley blue book they lie n make stuff up... Place is a joke.....
