I now have a 10 year old Phillips home. Amazing how much poor attention to detail shows up later. Just found a gutter drain that was smashed and buried. Could not figure out why my mulch was washing away. Finally found the issue. They buried a smashed corrugated drain line. This is just one of many defects that passed through.
