I phoned first asking about tire prices, was recommended a tire and told the price and when I went in (early for my appointment) that scheduled day, I was taken in promptly, shown the sitting area, offered coffee and waited. shortly, I'd say less than an hour, the car was done and the price was as quoted on the phone, no hidden charges. I was very satisfied with the service and am in the process of buying tires for my vehicle. I would recommend Phillips for service.
