I've always heard, "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. " Bereavement is a time that compassion should be shown to ALL that comes to celebrate the life of the love one that has transitioned. It saddens me to know that this company paints the illusion of first class service, with their motto being " Friends you know" and then allows one of their workers to be very rude and disrespectful to the people that they know and have supported them for years. The worse! They are all about the money! My cousin was buried this past Sunday whom was raised by my Grandmother and they did not acknowledge my grandmother at all nor did they walk her in as family. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES, they made this time a lot more difficult for my family!
