Careless tow truck driver broke the valve stem off of my tire during towing. Initially, the driver admitted that his strap caused the issue and asked that I contact him instead of his boss and he would take care of the charges. However, the tire shop had to replace the entire tire and the driver got aggressive with myself and the receptionist at the tire shop when we/they explained the situation. Husbands Truck starting having issues on his way to work, our insurance dispatched Phillips towing to pick up the truck and tow from Bryam down past Brookhaven. Mr. Landon kept in contact throughout the entire process and was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Phillips if you need honest quality work at decent prices.
Usually never post anything but I am so disappointed and disgusted. Took our diesel box truck there for a diagnosis and possible work. After not hearing a word from them for over three weeks or more, my husband called and was rudely answered by Roland. My husband never was rude with them, but Roland kept saying they didn’t know what was the issue and did not know when they would know.
