They just don't have the personal small business honesty in the larger places. This mechanic guy's name is Joe and he worked wonders with my old '05 F250 Diesel. He's super busy, but then again you know why... he's good, fair, considerate and totally pro.
Joe did an awesome job explaining everything. Scheduled a service and got my car back by the end of the day. Will definitely be back!!!
