If i could give negative 5 stars i would this place isnt what it used to be owner philip is horrible to deal with paid him over 6k and didnt do anything to my vehicle other than take apart the front end no parts ordered or anything owner flatt out stole my money had to pull my vehicle out all torn apart because he wanted another 4k but there was no progress don’t recommend stay away !!!
Yes, I came yesterday and you tried to charge me $700 just to fix a small little dent in the back of my car and then said, if I don't want that you'll charge me 85 to fix it, but it won't be fixed right Because you said I'm not doing it. The right way by paying $700 so I took my car somewhere else. And they only charged me $60 and did a great job for me
I had a great experience with Phillips Auto Body and wanted to give credit where it's due. The quality of the work was terrific and the repair came out looking excellent. What stood out most to me was the level of attention I received throughout the process. Have use him for years on my personal vehicles and as a Business owner and having drivers there’s always a time that damages occurs which Phillip has taken care and fixed those customer vehicles for me.
