To be fair, Phillips Animal Hospital did not "move," the former veterinarian of Phillips retired from practice because his son has a serious injury. Phillips simply referred all of its former customers thereafter to the Avalon practice in South Charleston. But I do agree with browneyes - my first experience at Avalon was just like hers, and completely different from Phillips.
