I find the staff there to be very helpful and very friendly. We have had many repairs and maintenance taken care of at Ricks, and have been more than satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the mechanics.
My car was dead and I was late getting home to my daughter after a long business trip. I called AAA and they mentioned three vendors. I am so glad I chose Rick's 66. They showed up in less than 20 minutes, started my car, then left me with a smile. Their driver was great! I've recommended several friends to their shop for tranmission work, oli changes, etc. and everyone has come back with great reviews. They embody what a small business should be like, especially in these days of money being tight.
Ricks is not somewhere I would want to take my car again. I tried them out 1 time and came out with a car that still has the same problem it went in there with. I would not recommend for car repair !! $750.00 later !!
