I recently had a root canal treatment with Dr James Brichko supported with Carly, India, and the rest of the team and they were absolutely incredible. I came in extremely anxious (literally shaking as I walked in), but Dr James took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through the whole process with so much care and reassurance. 1 had an infected Tooth,of which i was told by two Regular Dentists that; They are not sure;possibly a future Extraction. I found these two Dean Gentle-men Medics on my Lap-top;contacted their office,and were willing to help me. Regard-less of their differences,the two Deans provide a common-persons Medical Service .This is the 21st Century,and Medicine has Progressed to the point,that it should be Free for Every-one.
I had an emergency root canal problem and was referred to the clinic today. I had to book quite a way down the track but the receptionist called back shortly after with a cancellation that I took for today. I know I was very lucky but all the staff were so caring and professional I could not fault anything. Dr James explained the whole process clearly and treated my tooth on the spot. I normally don't write reviews but I came across a negative one on here which is absolutely absurd. Professor Zimet and his team are the most polite, professional and honest outfit you are ever likely to see. Honestly, even on their very worst day, this is a five star operation.
