I had work done on my front teeth, Dr Freeman is a artist and a fantastic dentist. I could not have been more pleased. His staff has always been professional, and helpful. If there was a way to give a higher score I would.

poor customer service on the phone when trying to get prices and information before scheduling a visit. I wish there was more transparency in the pricing for certain procedures and better customer service/help on the phone.

I'm giving a top rating to Deschutes Dental Center. Everyone in the office is very professional, well-trained and good at what they do. They are all very nice people too, so it is actually a pleasant experience to go the dentist! Dr. Phillippe Freeman is an excellent dentist. He's extremely knowledgeable and completely explains procedures and treatment options. What I appreciate most is his careful approach to everything he does. He works in a very precise way and it feels like every move

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold by Deschutes Dental or Dr. Phillippe Freeman for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was really nice of them to make sure that all the staff at Deschutes Dental Center and Dr. Phillippe Freeman were so concerned with the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
