Please please stay away from this builder. My house was built in 2000 I brought it in 2019. I'm only the second owner. In February 2024 I noticed my front walls cracking in all the seams. I thought that was strong because of the age of the house. So we investigated we realize the joist pulling away from the walls the steel beams had shift. I called in a structural engineer and he confirmed that we have structural damage, and the house is sliding. Walked in extremely rude
Phillippe Builders made our homebuilding experience seamless and effortless. We got exactly what we wanted and it turned out great. We love our new home!
Don’t make the same mistake I did! This builder severely mismanaged the build of my new construction home. Multiple inspection issues. Egregious mark ups on prices. Forgot to order material as contracted, resulting in severe schedule delays.
