Please please stay away from this builder. My house was built in 2000 I brought it in 2019. I'm only the second owner. In February 2024 I noticed my front walls cracking in all the seams. I thought that was strong because of the age of the house. So we investigated we realize the joist pulling away from the walls the steel beams had shift. I called in a structural engineer and he confirmed that we have structural damage, and the house is sliding.
