When I walked into the building it's like getting a warm hug. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and the Dr. Dr listened to me. With care think I've finally found myself a caring Dr and facility February 1st . Or need someone to set up patient portal I owe this place a humongous apology. Since we all here in Arkansas experienced the ice storm. They clinic was closed like everything else here in mountain home Thank goodness they all stayed home and are safe and sound Thank you
As soon as I walked in the front door I felt very comfortable environment the ladies were very nice at the desk I proceeded to do my paperwork then was taken back with a nurse she was so kind and very caring she talked with me about my health I felt like I can talk to her about anything and all my issues which that was a relief following she told me the doctor would be in within a few minutes my doctor came in the room we went over everything thoroughly I was made to feel very comfortable I feel very safe in their hands.
