I have asked for a receipt and was told they will email me one. It has been since Dec, 2016 and still no emails with the receipt for the $300.00 I need for taxes! I called this morning again and now the phone has been disconnected. I have been to the office and they tell me they will email me. I have not received the email. Another doctor office sent me to them and I called them too and they had not heard or know what has happen! If someone tells me they are going to sent or give me a receipt!
No receptionist, fine fellow to talk with and knowledgeable if you can actually get a hold of him, but no response to repeated calls for followups (over the course of several months), and keeps sporadic office hours at best. It is a completely disorganized and disgraceful way to run a business.
Phillip is an awesome dude with an amazing amount of experience and compassion. His orthotics have helped me a lot.
