Good Dr., been going for years. Front office is rude and off putting. Good luck getting an emergency appt., even with a detachment! Other Drs in town will see you. His office will not see emergencies (even if you are a patient). Unfortunately needed to leave office, as a long time patient can't get in for emergency and/or normal appt. (For months) (Not acceptable)
This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Dr.Vito and his staff were wonderful. They took their time, listened to my questions and concerns. They were all very attentive to my needs and made sure I left a happy customer. Thanks to Dr. Vito and his staff, I am very pleased with my glasses. I will be back next year.
We have been going to Dr. Vito for over a decade. He is great and we have always felt good about the care we get from him. However, the last several times their front office staff has been rude to me and my family. We have had to stand there without anyone acknowledging us and overall condescending attitude to customer service. They haven't answered the phone and/or don't call back.
